about me

bioinformatician | data scientist | amateur photographer

I live in Vancouver, BC (born and raised). I’m a PhD Candidate in the Genome Science + Technology graduate program at UBC. My project in the Holt Lab is centered around using computational methods to understand the interaction between cancer cells and immune cells (T cells) in humans. My work includes predicting which mutations in a tumour will yield immunogenic epitopes, characterizing the self-immunopeptidome, and characterizing the T cell repertoires present in samples.

I’m a sucker for modern architecture and spend way too much time staring at floorplans. Photography helps me unwind, as does playing piano.
